Due to the nature of flowers being perishable, returns after 48 hours from delivery cannot be accepted, except where you can prove a fault existed upon delivery. Refunds, where approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete recipient and delivery details. We accept no liability for failed or delayed delivery arising from erroneous or incomplete information. Where a delivery cannot be made due to customer error, you may be charged for re-delivery or for the cost of the arrangement, at our discretion.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Orders containing alcohol or restricted items can only be processed and delivered to those aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery if restricted products are included in your order.
